Let me introduce my self...

Hello everyone,

I am not going to lie, this is my first time doing this and hopefully I will only grow from here. I am going to introduce myself to you all and hope you all like me!

My name is Wendy Reyes, I am a Wife, Mother, and small business owner. I married my best friend (Eddie) when we were just babies, 20 years old but we knew we loved each other and didn't want to wait any longer. We have brought two of the most beautiful girls ( no bias) into this world (Emma and Adela). I taught at a developmental preschool here in Casper, WY for 5 years and I loved it, but I wanted to stay home even more.

So what am I going to be blogging about?...

I am from southern California and moved to a little (big) town in Wyoming. I have been here for 6 years now but sometimes I can't believe I live in such a small town, but to Wyoming standards its a big town. I was born and raised in California but we made the decision to make the move to Wyoming and haven't regretted it... maybe a few times in the winter ;) We have made Wyoming our home and are thankful for the opportunities that it has brought us.

I am a Wife- An oilfield wife. We thought the budget crises in 2009 in California was hard... that has nothing on this oil bust. I started my Etsy store as a means of having some extra spending money for my girls while Daddy was working but with the bust it quickly turned into a necessity. 2015 was a great learning experience, learning about owning my own business ( I went to college for Elementary Education! Not business school!) learning what I want to make, learning how to juggle life and "work". To add another thing to juggle Hubby is now working in Texas to support our family. So for two weeks at a time I am a long distance wife, single mother and small business owner. But I wouldn't change it, Yes I would love to have my husband here with us, but he is working and I am extremly grateful.

I am a Mother- The greatest thing I have done in my life was give birth to my beautiful girls. They make me go CRAZY!!! But I wouldn't have it any other way. They brought something out of me that I didn't know I had. The day I became a Mommy I changed. I do not know how to explain this other then I felt like I had a meaning, a purpose in life.

I am a small business owner- I opened by Etsy store on my oldest daughters birthday November 2014! It was late that night, and finally talked myself into doing it. I have learned a lot in my first year and I know I still have a long way to go, but I love doing it. I added my Amazon store in October 2015, and now I wanted to make my own store so here I am.

I have so many plans, and just don't know what to do first but I will get there. I hope you all like what you see and will enjoy what I have to say. Thank you for stopping by!
